Exploring The Murals

When someone visits Downtown Phoenix they can see that art is a strong part of the city's legacy. This is because almost every wall, corner and/or alley either has a mural, graffiti, and/or an art sculpture on or near it. The murals presented in this slideshow span from Roosevelt Street all the way to Washington Street. Some of these murals show political messages about topics that are important to the artists, some murals show landscapes of Arizona and others show empowering and/or welcoming messages to the community.
