Meet the Mural Artist

Quinn Murphy is an Arizona graphic and mural artist who collaborated with Jake Early to create the mural named “It’s Another Beautiful Day in Downtown Phoenix.” It is located in the ally off of Washington and 2nd street, behind Majerle's Sports Grill. Murphy said this mural was created as an homage to the late Hans Hugh, a friend and Downtown Phoenix Ambassador. In the interview below, Murphy tells how he got started in art, what the process for creating the mural was like and what his goals are, for the future, as an artist and as a small business owner.
